Rank setting
Set up according to the designed ranks.
You will set each rank of membership. You can also edit the content already set from the rank list.
Create a new membership rank
- Click “Rank Listˮ on the app to display the rank list.
- Click “Create new rankˮ
- Enter "Basic rank setting”
- Active: Evaluation will be executed at the execution timing
- Draft: Rank information will be saved, but evaluation will not be executed.
Title
Name displayed in the rank list (used internally and not displayed to customers) Up to 20 full-width characters (up to 40 half-width characters)
Description (optional)
Can be used for notes about ranks, etc. (used internally and not displayed to customers) Up to 100 full-width characters (up to 200 half-width characters)
Status
- Set "Rank setting for customersˮ
- Rank name given to applicable customers after the evaluation is executed (Up to 10 full-width characters (up to 20 half-width characters) Internally, value is automatically assigned to customer metafield. It will be displayed as the rank name on Ranky membership card. (If a membership card has been set up)
Rank name
- Enter "Rule settingˮ
- Purchase amount during the aggregation period: Cumulative purchase amount within the aggregation period specified in the Basic Settings on the order creation date
- Number of purchases during the aggregation period: Cumulative number of purchases within the aggregation period specified in the Basic Settings on the order creation date
- Customer tags: Tag name assigned to the target customer
- points (Dokopoi) : The Dokopoi points stored in the customer's metafield. reference:Evaluating membership ranks using Dokopoi points ※ To configure this setting, you will need to use our comprehensive points app, "Dokopoi.” ※ Dokopoi is available only for the following stores: ・The shipping destination includes Japan ・The store's currency is set to Japanese Yen (JPY)
- For “Amount/number of purchases during the aggregation period“
- Enter a numerical value (any amount or number of times) (up to 15 digits in half-width numbers)
- Specify “more than/equal to/less than” from the field to the right of the numerical value input.
- In the case of “Customer Tag“
- (Customer Tag) Enter a value (any amount or number of times).(Customer Tag) is not case-sensitive. Example: If the customer tag in the Shopify admin screen is "VIP" and the input in Ranky is "Vip" , the evaluation and aggregation will be performed. If the customer tag is “VIP” in the Shopify admin screen and “VIPcustomer” is entered in Ranky Please note that the evaluation and aggregation will not be performed because it is not an exact match.
- Specify “Included/Excluded” from the customer tag field.
- In the case of “points (Dokopoi)“
- Enter a numerical values (up to 15 digits in half-width numbers)
- Specify “more than/equal to/less than” from the field to the right of the numerical value input.

Comparison setting
Up to 5 conditions can be set for rule settings (AND conditions). New conditions can be added from "Add condition". If you want to delete a condition, please press the trash can symbol.
- Click the Save button
Edit Membership rank
Go to the edit page
Select the row of the rank you want to edit from the rank list
After that, the step is the same as creating a new one.
Batch operation
Batch operation can be executed by checking the "Rank List" box.
- Active
- Save as draft
- Delete
Duplicate and delete
You can duplicate and delete ranks from "Other operations" on the settings page for each condition. Duplication allows you to create a new rank based on the information currently displayed. Please note that deletion cannot be canceled.
