Are order cancellations and refund amounts reflected in my membership rank?

Yes. The data will be reflected. ※Except for some conditions.

The cumulative purchase amount is calculated from the "Subtotal" amount in Order Management. In the case of a partial refund (manually entering the refund amount without specifying the product), the subtotal will not change, and the amount of the order cancellation and refund will not be reflected in the refund amount. For refunds, please click Order Management > Refunds and specify the item(s) to be refunded.

The evaluation execution is the timing of the refund and varies depending on the payment method. ref: Shopify Payments refunds
