Stop Regular operation

Once the system is in regular operation, If you want to stop the automatic evaluation or change the setting, you need to put the system in an inoperative state.

This page explains how to stop operation of a membership that has been activated (currently in operation).

Once the system is in operation, If you want to stop the automatic evaluation or change the setting, you need to put the system in an inoperative state.

Please check “Start Regular operation” for your reference.

Steps

Go to Dashboard page

Click the “Stop” button

If the system is in regular operation, the “Stop” button is displayed.
　　　　　　(If the system is stopped, the “Start” button is displayed) — If the system is in regular operation, the “Stop” button is displayed. 　　　　　　(If the system is stopped, the “Start” button is displayed)

Check the note on the modal and click "Stop operation" button.

⚠️

If you click the "Stop operation" button, the rank evaluation of all customers will be stopped.

It takes time to synchronize data to resume operations. (It may take several hours to several days depending on the number of clients)

After the stop, the various settings are unlocked and can be edited, but after editing is completed and the operation is started again, the evaluation before the change is overwritten by the evaluation made with the changed settings.

Your membership is in before start operation

When the display changes to "Your membership is in before start operation", you have completed the process of Stop operation.
