Continue with "Place membership card on the storefront".

Proceed with each setting and create your store's original membership card.

Setting the appearance of the membership card

In the theme editor, Ranky's app block will be set.

Who to display to

Specify the target to display the membership card.

All logged-in customers: The card is only displayed if the customer is logged into their account, otherwise it will not be displayed.

Customers with a specific membership rank: The card is only displayed if the logged-in customer is at a certain membership level, otherwise it will no be displayed.

Maintenance mode: The card is displayed regardless of the customer's login status or assigned rank. It is intended to be used when adjusting the design etc.

Membership rank

Used only when "Customer with a specific membership rank" is selected in "Who to display to". Click here for details on "Customer with a specific membership rank" → Display membership card only to member with a specific rank

Logo image

Click "Select image" to select an image to complete the process. You can also set a branded image from the “Connect dynamic sourceˮ icon

Background image

Click "Select image" to select an image to complete the process. You can also set a brand image from the “Connect dynamic sourceˮ icon

Border Width

You can decide the width of the border of the card. Please set from 0 to 10px

Border color

You can select by pressing the colored circle or color code on the left side of the item. You can also set the brand color from the “Connect dynamic sourceˮ icon on the right side.

Text color

You can select by pressing the colored circle or color code on the left side of the item. You can also set the brand color from the “Connect dynamic sourceˮ icon on the right side.

Display name

If checked, the customer's name will be displayed on the card.

If there is no name data, "Not registered" will be displayed, and if there is only first or last name data, only one of the known names is displayed. *Display dummy data when not logged in maintenance mode

Sort by first and last name

Please select from the following 2 ways to display your name.

Last name → First name: The first name will be displayed after the last name.

First name → Last name: The last name will be displayed after the first name.

Display customer ID

If checked, the customer ID will be displayed on the card.

Customer ID is an internal number assigned by Shopify (can also be used for searching in customer management)

Barcodes

If necessary, you can choose to display one-dimensional barcode/two-dimensional barcode with embedded customer ID to make it easier to search Shopify customer in physical stores. If this is not necessary, please select Not display.

The displayed barcode can be read with a POS app, but please note the following points.

One-dimensional barcode: Please prepare a barcode reader to read it as it cannot be read by the camera of the POS terminal.

Two-dimensional barcode: Please read it with the POS terminal's camera and paste the value into the customer search field, or prepare a barcode reader to read it. Use barcode enlargement display

If checked, the barcode part will be displayed larger. ※ Can be used when one-dimensional barcode or two-dimensional barcode is selected in the "Barcode" setting.

Button color below the card

The setting will be active if you check "Use barcode enlargement display". You can select by pressing the colored circle or color code on the left side of the item. You can also set the brand color from the “Connect dynamic sourceˮ icon on the right side.

Default display when using barcode enlargement display

You can select whether to display the membership card or the enlarged barcode as the default display. ※ If you select a membership card, "Show barcode" will be displayed, and if you select enlarged barcode, "Display membership card" will be displayed below the card, and you can switch by pressing the button.
