The cumulative purchase amount of Ranky is different from the amount that can be checked on the admin screen.

In order to understand the cumulative purchase amount "during the aggregation period," Ranky also calculates the cumulative purchase amount on its own, in addition to the cumulative purchase amount aggregated by Shopify. Therefore, the two amounts are different, this is not a bug.

For the cumulative purchase amount, please refer to the manual for the condition type of the rule setting item.

Please note that if orders with "Price included tax" unchecked or checked are mixed, a discrepancy will occur (as the setting at the time of ordering will be reflected). It is not possible to change once it has been accumulated.

If "Price included tax" is checked at the time of order →The tax-included amount will be added to the cumulative purchase amount in Ranky.

If "Price included tax" is not checked →The amount excluded tax will be added to the cumulative purchase amount in Ranky.

💡In the case of the Japan store,legally this should be checked at the time of ordering, so we recommend checking “Price included tax'ˮ from the beginning.
