Change rank name display
Basically, when you insert your membership card, the rank name will be displayed automatically.
If you add the "Ranky Membership card" app block by the following step in Place membership card on storefront , the customer's rank name will be displayed on the card.
This rank name is set in the app's management screen and is reflected in the customer metafield, and matches the value.
Changing steps
First, change the rank name of the membership rank by following the steps below.
- Click “Rank Listˮ on the app to display the rank list page.
- Select the rank you want to change rank name.
- Enter the new rank name in the rank name field in the "Rank setting for customers" section of the Rank edit page.
- Click Save.
Reflect new rank name to customers
Normally, please wait for it to be reflected at the evaluation execution timing determined in the basic setting.
If you want to reflect immediately, such as pre-opening testing
- Display basic setting page
- Execute the evaluation immediately according to "Manual batch evaluation execution (if necessary)”
Checking
- Check that "Last execution" is set to "Success" at the most recent execution date and time
- Check that the changed value is assigned in the metafield of the customer who has been assigned the changed rank.
Following the steps up to this point, the change should also be reflected on your membership card.
Please follow the steps below to check your membership card.
- Open the theme editor
- Display "Ranky - Membership card" app block
- Check that the rank name in the card has been changed to the new one
