Implementation steps for stores already in operation (there are customers and orders)
This is the flow when implementing to an existing store rather than a new store.
For stores that are already open, the timing of the evaluation is important because they already have customers and orders.
First, set the rank as per the Initial Setting.
There are 2 ways to execute the evaluation
If you want to immediately execute an evaluation on the current order status
- Execute a batch evaluation according to Manual batch evaluation execution (if necessary).
※ If a customer is created or an order is placed during execution, it may not be evaluated correctly, so please take countermeasures such as setting a password for the temporary store.
- Until the task is completed, a "Cannot start because the previous task is in progress" warning will be displayed, but you can update the execution status by clicking “Updateˮ. If "Success" is displayed along with the final execution time, it is completed.
When starting an evaluation by specifying a regular execution trigger
- Read “Evaluation execution timing settingˮ and set up regular execution.
- The evaluation will be executed at the specified timing.
Whichever procedure you follow, you can check if the intended rank has been assigned by using the customer list button in the Rank List section of the Ranky app.
