How can I set up a discount for customers with a specific rank?

You can create a segment of a specific rank and specify discount for that segment.

This time, we will explain the following steps using the "GOLD" rank as an example.

Please refer to the following to save the segment. How to view a list of customers with each rank assigned. Save it as a segment.

1.Customers >Select the segment name you set from “Segmentˮ

2.Click the "Use segment" button on the top right

3.Add discount if you haven't downloaded it yet

4. Click "Discountsˮ

5.Select the discount type (in this case, select "Amount off order")

6.Enter the necessary item to create a discount

For more information about discounts, please refer to the Shopify Help Center “Discountsˮ In the "Customer eligibility" column, the "Gold rank" of the specified segment name is displayed.

Discounts can also be checked from "Discounts" on the left side of the admin screen.

7.Enter the discount code on the checkout screen

$10 discount is created on the discount creation screen. Enter and apply the discount code on the checkout screen to receive your discount.
