Evaluating membership ranks using Dokopoi points
With "Dokopoi" points, you can implement membership rank evaluations as follows:
- Set the points (Dokopoi) value as a condition type for rank settings.
- Execute membership rank evaluations for customers whenever there is a change in their points.
To use this feature, you must have our point loyalty app, "Dokopoi”. Please note that Dokopoi is available only for stores that meet the following conditions:
- The shipping area includes Japan
- The store's currency is set to Japanese Yen (JPY)
Dokopoi Setup
If you are already using Dokopoi, please proceed directly to "3. Setup”.
- Install "Dokopoi".
- Complete the initial setup for Dokopoi. Refer to the Initial Setup Manual.
- In Dokopoi's "Advanced Settings", enable the option to save points in the customer's metafields. Refer to: Saving Points in the Customer's Metafields ※Even if you disable this setting during operation, the points will remain in the metafields. As a result, membership rank evaluations will still be executed based on the points retained.
Ranky Setup
- You can select the condition type for each rank setting. Refer to: Rank setting
- You can select the option "When points (Dokopoi) are updated" under "Event Execution Timing". When the "Dokopoi" points (values saved in the customer's metafields) are updated, the evaluation will be executed for that customer. Refer to: Event Execution Timing
