How to check your membership rank in test mode before starting regular the operation

The test mode allows you to run up to 10 evaluations based on your settings on customers with specific tags before you begin operating your membership ranks.

Pre-configuration required

Rank setting

Aggregation period setting

Evaluation execution timing setting

Test procedure

On the dashboard, click on "Enable Test Mode.

Copy "ranky-test".

※You can also copy the "ranky-test" tag from the "(Optional) Test Mode" in the "Quick Start Guide" on the dashboard.

Add the "ranky-test" tag to the target customer in the "Customer Management" section of the Shopify administration page.

⚠️

It is recommended to set the "ranky-test" tag for no more than 10 people. If more than 11 people have the tag set, 10 of them will be selected and evaluated. Please select the 10 people to be tested in advance before execution.

When the evaluation execution timing is set, the evaluation will be executed in the test mode.

※To start regular operation,disable the test mode and click the “Start” button.
