Display the future rank calculation only to members with a specific rank.
It is possible to display the prospect evaluation exclusively to members of specific ranks.
How to display the membership rank status for specific customers
- In the "Display to" setting explained in "Adjust the Appearance of the Future Rank Calculation "Customer with a specific membership rank”.
- Enter the name of a membership rank that has already been set in the "Membership Rank" field under "Display to”. The future rank calculation will be displayed if the entered value matches the rank name assigned to the currently viewed customer (from the [Rank Title by Ranky] metafields).
Advanced: Customizing the appearance of the future rank calculation based on rank

For example, if future rank calculation should be displayed to both Gold and Silver rank customers with different appearances, this can be achieved by setting up separate member cards for each rank.
Follow the steps below to set it up:
(Example) Configured membership ranks: “Gold,” “Silver,” and “Bronze”
- Add an app block according to "Setting Up Prospect Rank Evaluation on the Storefront", select "Customers with a specific membership rank" in the "Display to" setting, and enter "Gold" as the membership rank. The following steps will focus on configuring the display for the Gold rank.
- After configuring the Gold rank, click "Add block" and add "Ranky – Membership Rank Status" again. In the new block, proceed with the display settings for the Silver rank. (Set "Display to" to "Customers with a specific membership rank", and enter "Silver" as the membership rank.)
- Similarly to the Silver rank, add a new block for the Bronze rank and configure the settings accordingly.
- After completing all settings, the future rank calculation will reflect each customer's membership rank.
