Is there a way to exclude specific orders from aggregation or rank evaluation during the evaluation period?

Yes. By adding the "ranky-excluded-order" tag to an order, it will be excluded from aggregation during the evaluation period.

For example, when importing order data into Shopify using a third-party app, some apps may register the import date as the "Order Created Date" in Shopify.

In such cases, you can still exclude specific orders from aggregation and rank evaluation—even if the order is included in the evaluation period—by adding the appropriate order tag.

Before starting live operations, we recommend using Test Mode to verify how ranks will be evaluated in advance.

1.Add the "ranky-excluded-order" tag to any order you want to exclude from aggregation.

2. When a scheduled or event-based run is triggered, any order with the "ranky-excluded-order" tag will be excluded from aggregation and rank evaluation—even if the order is within the evaluation period.

Note: Just adding the tag does not exclude the order.
