Start Regular Operation

To execute rank evaluation at the set evaluation execution timing, set the status to “In regular operationˮ and enable the setting.

💡

This manual is for those who have completed - Setting the aggregation period - Setting the evaluation execution timing - Setting membership (each rank) by following the steps up to this point. Please note that once it starts operation, you will not be able to change the settings.

Even after all settings are completed, automatic evaluation is not executed.

Once the settings have been completed as designed, you need to change the status to "in operation" by following steps below.

Steps

Go to the Dashboard page

Click the “Startˮ button to start operation.

Check the note on the modal, check the checkbox, and click ˮStart Operationˮ button.

Have you completed the setting? - If you click "Start Operation" button, various settings will be locked and cannot be edited. - It takes time to synchronize data for the start operation. (It may take several hours to several days depending on the number of customers) - To change the setting, you need to stop the operation and start it again after making the change. After you start again, the evaluation made with the new setting will overwrite the old evaluation.

Your membership is in active

When the display changes to "Your membership is in operation", you have completed the process of Start Operation.

If you want to modify the settings (Basic Setting and Rank conditions, etc.), you need to stop the operation and start it again after making the changes. For the step to stop the operation, please refer to "Stop RegularOperation".
