Can I edit the rank name directly from the metafield in Shopify's Customers admin screen?
No, if you directly rewrite the customer's metafield, it will be in a different state from the data on the app side, so please do not directly edit the metafield where the rank is stored.
Even if you edit, the rank name will be changed to the one already set for the app at the time of the next evaluation -(Example: when a customer purchases a product, regular execution, manual execution, etc.)
If you want to change the rank setting and change the rank of all customers in batch, please update the data manually from the app: "Basic Settings >Advanced Operation >Manually execute all rank evaluationˮ.
