About the supported environment of Ranky

Compatible browsers and devices follow Shopify specifications.

Theme

・OS2.0 compatible theme 　Legacy themes are not supported. 　※Some themes may not be supported.

Language

Either Japanese or English is displayed depending on the language of the theme.

Currency

You can use the payment currency set by the store.

Payment Of Account

We also support payments via any payment companies, including Shopify Payments.

※Order information included in the cumulative purchase amount and number of purchases will be limited to orders that meet all of the following conditions.

Payment status: Paid or partial refund Order status: Other than Cancelled

Depending on the payment service company you use, the status of your order may not be reflected immediately.

App Screen Language

Japanese or English is available. Japanese if the language in the general settings of your Shopify account is Japanese. If the language is not Japanese, the page will be displayed in English.
