Is there a time lag from the start of rank evaluation until it is reflected?

Yes, it takes a few seconds to several tens of seconds for rank evaluation to be reflected. In stores with a large number of customers and orders, and when there are many changes in rank (such as manual batch evaluation execution), it may take several hours to several days. Additionally, in some cases, the timing to start evaluating individual customer rank may vary depending on the contents of the setting and the volume of processing. Check below for details. Schedule execution

Rank evaluation will start according to the date and time entered in "Set execution schedule". Since multiple customers are processed at once, it may take several hours before the rank evaluation is reflected for some customers.

 

Event execution (when creating a customer)

Rank is executed immediately after a customer is created. It will be reflected as soon as the evaluation is completed.

Event execution (when creating or modifying an order)

To avoid interference with other apps, the rank evaluation will be executed with a time lag of 10 seconds after an order is created or modified. It will be reflected as soon as the evaluation is completed. *This will not be executed when creating an order that does not involve changing the amount.

 

Manual batch evaluation execution

You can manually start rank evaluations on the Basic Settings page. (Please check “Manual batch evaluation execution (if necessary)ˮ for details). Since multiple customers are processed at once, it may take several hours before the rank evaluation is reflected for some customers.
