How to send a batch email for each membership rank

Save segment for each membership rank and use them for marketing

Membership rank is stored in the customer metafield, you can save segment and use it for marketing purposes.

Steps for setting up e-mail sending

To send an email, you can add a segment, then select the segment you have created and use the Email app (Shopify official) to send it. Below are the steps to send the email.

 

Creating and Saving a Segment

Please refer to "How to view a list of customers with each rank assigned. Save it as a segment." and then proceed to create and save the segment.

Email sending

  1. Customers > Select the segment name you set from “Segmentsˮ

  1. Click the "Use segment" button on the top right
  1. Add the Email app (Shopify official) if you haven't downloaded it yet.
  1. Click the button to send email

  1. Select your favorite template
  1. Edit the content of the email template to be sent ※ Only customer who has agreed to receive marketing emails will be included as recipient.
  1. Check the contents in "Send testˮ

In the development store, the following error is displayed, Please test on the admin screen. "Error: The store is blocked and cannot send test email. Please Contact the support.ˮ
 

8.When sending, click the "Review" button on the top right

9.Click "Schedule send" on the top right of the Review screen

10.After selecting the date and time to send the email, click “Scheduleˮ to check.
