How to view a list of customers with each rank assigned. Save it as a segment.
You can see the list and number of customers of a specific rank in the Shopify Management screen "Customer Management" by clicking the Customer List button in the "Rank List" of the Ranky application. You can save them as a segment in the Shopify administration screen "Customer Management".
How to check your customer list
- Open the "Rank List" on the Ranky Administration page and click on the "Customer List" button.
- You will be redirected to the Shopify administration page "Customer Management", where you will see the number of customers and customers that correspond to the rank you selected.
Save as segment
Once you have saved the customers and the number of customers that correspond to the selected rank as a segment, you can view it in the Shopify administration screen next time from "Customer Management" > "Segments".
- Once you have narrowed down the relevant ranks, click "Add Refinement".
- Once you have narrowed down the relevant ranks, click "Save Segment"
※You can check it repeatedly as long as the Rank Title is not changed. Rank Title is the name of the rank assigned to a customer in the "Rank List" on the Ranky administration screen.
- Save after entering segment name
- Created segments can be selected from "Customer Management" > "Segments".
