Manual batch evaluation execution (if necessary)

Steps

1. On the Basic Settings page, click "Go to Advanced Operations page" of "Advanced Operation" at the bottom, and then click "Start evaluation immediately" of "Manually execute all rank evaluationˮ.



 



 

2. After checking the precautions, check "I have read and understand the above.ˮ and then click “Execute nowˮ

Notes
• This operation cannot be canceled.
• It may take some time to complete the operation depending on the number of customers and communication conditions. (It may take several hours to several days depending on the number of clients.)
• (When "Scheduled Evaluation" is enabled) If the time between the "Execute Now" button and the completion of evaluation overlaps with the time of scheduled evaluation, the scheduled evaluation will not be executed.
• (When "Event Evaluation Execution" is enabled) If "From pressing the [Execute Now] button until the evaluation is completed" and "Create Customer" / "Update Order" overlap, there is a possibility that the evaluation will not be performed correctly. Please take measures such as making the store temporarily inaccessible.
 



 

3. Until the task is completed, a "The operation could not be started because the previous task is in progress" warning will be displayed, but you can update the execution status by clicking “Update“.



 
 

If "Success" is displayed along with the final execution time, it is completed.

It may take some time for the number of people assigned to the rank list to be reflected. After executing the evaluation, if you want to check whether the rank assigned to the customer is reflected correctly, please refer to the customer's metafields.
