Evaluation execution timing setting
Set the timing for evaluation
Specifies when to execute rank evaluation. There are two main types of evaluation execution timing.
① Scheduled execution timing
(This may be referred to as "schedule execution" or "regular execution" in the manual.) You can select from the following at regular execution timing. • DAILY • MONTHLY • YEARLY When executed at these times, all customers of the store will be subject to evaluation. *The execution time specified separately is based on the store's time zone.
② Event execution timing
As an option, you can also specify when the following events occur as evaluation execution timing. (This may be referred to as "event execution" in the manual.) If executed at the following timings, only one customer (example: created customer, ordered customer, refunded customer, etc.) will be subject to evaluation.
- When the customer created: an evaluation is executed on that customer at that time.
- When the customer tags updated: When a customer tag is granted or deleted, an evaluation is performed for that customer.
- When the order subtotal updated: an evaluation is executed on that customer at the time when the order payment status is updated such as paid/refund, etc. ※ If you make a partial refund (manually enter the refund amount without specifying the product), the subtotal will not change. reference:Are order cancellations and refund amounts reflected in my membership rank?
- When points (Dokopoi) updated: an evaluation is executed for the customer when their "Dokopoi" points (the values saved in the customer's metafields) value is updated. ※ To configure this setting, you need to use our points app, "Dokopoi.” ※ Dokopoi is available only for the following stores: ・The shipping destination includes Japan ・The store's currency is set to Japanese Yen (JPY)
How to setup
- Open the Basic Settings page and click "Edit" for "Evaluation execution timingˮ
- Set a schedule to execute rank evaluation
- NONE: Does not execute regularly
- DAILY: Executes at the time you set every day
- MONTHLY: Executes on the 1st day of each month at 0:00
- YEARLY: Executes on the 1st day of the specific month at 0:00

Schedule
Select the time to execute only if you select "DAILY" for execution. (If you select "MONTHLY" or "YEARLY", the time is fixed at 0:00.)
- (Optional) Specify rank evaluation execution timing by event
- When the customer created: an evaluation is executed on that customer at that time.
- When the customer tags updated: When a customer tag is granted or deleted, an evaluation is performed for that customer.
- When the order subtotal updated: an evaluation is executed on that customer at the time when the order payment status is updated such as paid/refund, etc.

Select the checkbox for the timing: you want to enable (If you only need regular execution, you do not need to select this check box).

- Contents set as “Currently valid evaluation execution timing” are displayed
Notes on displaying cumulative purchase amount or number of purchases on the storefront
Ranky aggregates the cumulative purchase amount/total number of purchases within a period of time on a daily basis and stores this information in the “Unstructured customer metafields” of the customer’s meta field. On the other hand, the evaluation and assignment of ranks are based on a set schedule execution (e.g., "MONTHLY" or "YEARLY"). Therefore, when displaying the cumulative purchase amount/number of purchases on the storefront, there will be a time lag between the displayed cumulative purchase amount/number of purchases total (updated daily) and the evaluation of ranks (based on schedule execution). Please note that due to this time lag, the displayed total purchase amount/number of purchases and rank may temporarily not match.
