Aggregation period setting
Set the period for evaluating customers
The "aggregation period" refers to the period during which membership conditions such as cumulative purchase amount and cumulative number of purchases are calculated.
For example, if you set the aggregation period to the past 1 month, the rank will be based on data of the past 1 month from the time of the evaluation is executed.
設定方法
- Go to the Basic Settings page from the dashboard
- Click "Change" for “Aggregation periodˮ
- Enter the period which you want to evaluate membership rank in the "Aggregation period" field and click "Save" (within 1 to 24 months)
- The period set as the “Current aggregation period" is displayed.
